Summer shack to custom Home This is a project in the coastal town of Los Osos. We turned a weekend retreat home into a full size family home. From this home nestled next to Morro Bay near the "elfin forest"  you can see the ocean and the bay from the towering crows nest. This home has many artisan features while  adhering to a strict budget . (lots of sweat equity). The front room has a hardwood floor while the rest of the downstairs has Mexican paver tiles. The decorative tiles were mixed in and patterned with the saltio pavers to create a artistic look with out a lot of investment.  The pavers were perfect for holding up against the sand in the area.
