I
would like to take an opportunity to introduce you to myself, my company
and the services we offer. My name is James Harnett and I am owner of
Coastline Design and Construction. Coastline is a full service contracting
company offering services ranging from property maintenance and inspection,
Interior and structural design through to complete commercial and residential
construction.
My credentials
include an Associates degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelors
degree in Industrial Technology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. My education
concentrated on subjects such as: Construction management & methods;
Commercial electrical, lighting, plumbing. and HVAC , & personnel
management Estimating; Efficiency designs and Earthquake retrofits. I
am a licensed and bonded General Contractor. We carry Workmens Compensation
Insurance along with Personal and Property Damage Liability insurance.
I have over 29 years of experience in the construction industry and have worked
on various projects including commercial and residential remodeling,
renovations, restorations, and new construction. I have extensive personal
experience in ; finish woodwork, framing, decking, tile setting, plumbing,
electrical, foundations and concrete, cost effective designs, project management, property inspection
and maintenance.
