Dilapidated to delightful This house had been uncared for many years along with various remuddls by unproffesionals left a house in sorry need . Once the outright dangerous parts of the house were removed there was little left. What was left was out of level ,out of square and randomly built. We started by installing a complete new perimeter footing. After that we leveled the house which was  a difficult due to the fact that some of the house was built out of level to begin with so as the floor was leveled  other issues arose.   All done the house is now level and square and  quite nice. It has an open feeling and a wonderful deck and view of  the Zayante valley.
